Crafting Your Founder’s Story
Sistra Beginnings workshops are intimate, facilitated sessions designed to realign your values and shape a clear personal narrative to guide what you build next.
The work unfolds in two connected movements: values alignment, followed by storytelling as orientation.

Values Alignment
The process starts by slowing down and returning to what matters now. Through guided reflection, somatic grounding, and facilitated dialogue, participants clarify the values shaping their lives and work, noticing where alignment feels steady and where it has quietly shifted.

Storytelling as Orientation
From this foundation, the work moves naturally into storytelling. Rather than performance or branding, story is approached as integration — a way of giving language to lived experience. Participants shape a personal narrative that reflects their values, honors where they’ve been, and brings clarity to future direction.

Retreat & Workshop Facilitator
Michelle Yastremsky is the founder of Sistra and a writer, editor, and strategist with over fifteen years of experience shaping clear, compelling narratives.
She entered the field during a period of transition, as traditional media was giving way to digital storytelling. Grounded in editorial thinking and narrative structure, she evolved alongside the industry — shaping content and brand narratives in this space for more than fifteen years.
Her work spans industries including travel, education, and retail and e-commerce, supporting founders and teams in giving structure to complex ideas and evolving brands. Storytelling sits at the core of her work with Sistra, shaping how its experiences are conceived and led.
Group Size & Intimacy
Spark is intentionally small.
A limited group allows for presence, spacious conversation, and a calm, unhurried atmosphere. This is not a large-scale retreat. Space is limited by design.
